At The 31 Edit, we want you to love your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at the31edit@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Due to the nature of journals and printed products, we do not currently accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If approved, replacements or refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
• The 31 Edit reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements
